39 weeks and ready for my baby girl
39 weeks and just had my appointment yesterday. Doctor didn't check for dilation, just vitals and baby's heart beat.. I haven't had any blood tinged mucus so I don't think I've lost my mucus plug. Could I be dilated without losing it yet? Does walking and sex really help? #readyforbaby #firsttimemom y'all help me out lol
