Gifts for early pregnancy?

My friend is very early in her pregnancy but is having a tough few days, stress wise. Obviously I know people are tense about “pregnancy” gifts this early (7 weeks) but what can I get her to help her relax?

What would you get her if she was going through a stressful time, but not pregnant? Besides alcohol lol 
Take her out for a pedicure or just lunch. Something that she usually enjoys.

I always give people a journal, candle, a nice pen when they are early so they can write down their pregnancy journey

She can’t have a massage until the second trimester so I would a day if pedicures, pregnancy teas, lunch or bath bombs.
