I’m on 39 luteal phase still no signs of af coming Just got tender boobs my cycles vary from 35-40 should I do it or wait one more day? I’m so anxious

Your Luteal phase begins after ovulation and ends the day before your next period, so are you saying that it’s been 39 days since you’ve ovulated and still haven’t started? Sorry, wasn’t sure if I understood correctly. If your period is already late, then take a test!

You could test with first morning urine and if you get a negative then keep testing every couple days at least. You’re not out til the period shows!
