No appetite at all?!?

Anyone experiencing this? 6 wks today and for the last 5 days I have zero appetite and have been losing weight as a result!

Yup this happens to me too. With my son I lost 8lbs and then only started gaining weight around week 20. I just don't like food when I am pregnant but you have to eat. So I end up cutting my portions in half and trying to eat that if I can. If not just a few mouthfuls.
I remember my appetite eventually returned. The same is happening this time just don't want to eat, nothing is appealing enough even when I am hungry.

Me too, my appetite is gone. Tonight was the first night I’ve eaten a really solid sunnier. But then, I didn’t eat lunch so I was actually hungry.

I haven't really had an appetite either, but I can't figure out if it's the pregnancy or the cold that I have. Either way I wouldn't mind losing some weight before I start gaining it 😂
