I had a miscarriage 2 years ago at 11w6d. I haven't been able to get pregnant since. Had 2 HSG tests, ultrasounds, laparascopies, everything normal. My dr hit a road block & said he's done all he can & referred me to a fertility specialist, which costs $290 JUST for the initial consultation. I once read that you can have an LH surge but no ovulation. Is that true? Is there a way to be sure you're ovulating? I hate to think the test strips aren't a guarantee of ovulation even when they show as positive
