IUI Success Stories?

Question

Any IUI success stories for unexplained infertility? We’re coming up on a year TTC...both been tested with no issues, both young. 😔 Really want to avoid IVF if possible.

Not personally. But, some of my dear friends tried for 4 yrs to conceive. They did 3 rounds of IUI and finally conceived. They didn’t want to do IVF either, so they were ecstatic to finally get pregnant. They have a beautiful, healthy 5mp boy now :).

Me and my husband are in the same boat. Unexplained infertility. 
We have done 3 cycles of Clomid and IUI. This 3rd round is our last round before IVF. Insurance only approved 3 cycles of IUI and my doctor has recommended we only do 3 anyways. 
I’m currently in my 2WW. 🤞🏻

I went through 5 cycles of iui, the fifth cycle worked and I’m now 23 weeks along. They found nothing wrong with me or my partner and even though I ovulate on my own they still gave me clomid (cycles 2-4) and letrozole (cycle 5) and trigger shot to help increase my chances. I had monitoring via ultrasound to track my follicles and uterine lining and get the timing right. I’d give it a try, good luck!
