So I’m a first-time mom just trying to figure all of this out. Baby girl still sleeps with me, and I would love to get her to sleep on her own but I feel like that is so far off. She will not go to sleep unless she’s breastfeeding. And at night I still don’t get sleep since she has to be asleep on my boob and in my arm, and as soon as I feel like she’s knocked out enough for me to move her off of my boob and arm, she wakes up. I’m so frustrated. How do I get her to sleep without thinking she can only sleep if she’s on me??!!
