If a woman can get an abortion not to have that responsibility even if the father wants to keep the baby then a man should be able to fully sign over his parental rights and financial responsibility if he doesn’t want the responsibility even if the mother wants to keep the baby

Yes they should. Take this example.  A man comes home from deploying overseas. While he was away his wife cheated on him and gets pregnant. He comes home to her pregnant with another mans kid. Because the divorce isn't final yet when she has the kid she uses his insurance. Because she used his insurance the only name that can be put on the birth certificate is his. But it's not even his kid. He then has to go to a court later to sign away parental rights to a kid that isn't his. Would it be right to make him raise that child? There are also a lot of dead beat dads out there an signing away their rights I probably the best thing they could do for that kid.

In WV a man can give up his parental right if there is a step father or a family wanting to adopt the child. If my husbands ex wife would give up her parental right I would adopt my step daughter in a heart beat. So in the situation of adoption I think yes he should give it up if he does not want the child. In WV you can be forced to give up your parental right if you are abusing or assaulting the child. I also believe in that situation you should give it up. Both of those situations in WV mean they arent obligated child support anymore. (In most cases)
