Anyone else feel like they’ve been doing sit-ups?

My stomach is SO SORE. Is this normal and why is it happening??

Ab muscles separating!! Mine felt like that at 16 weeks and they feel like that every now and then now. When I flex my abs it looks like a triangle bc of how separated they are 😬
