At home insemination. Help.

Short background info -

My husband and I have been trying to conceive through at home insemination due to various reasons. We have probably tried this method 8-10 cycles. We were successful last July but unfortunately miscarried at 6 weeks. Since then I have had 2 chemical pregnancies that my dr isn’t concerned about or seem to care.

I’m afraid this method is the contributing factor to why I’m miscarrying? Could this be true? Maybe I’m just over thinking this. I’m worried that I’m damaging the sperm when I’m inserting the syringe in. Or am I too close to my cervix? I just don’t know. Or what if I’m getting air bubbles... would this damage the sperm? Ugh

Any thoughts or advice would be very much appreciated. 💕
