Stick with the Italian type theme! Anthony works super well with that!!! 
Also Antonio, Giani (Gianni), Santino, or Gino would flow really well!
Carmine or Savino if you really wanted to commit lol! 
Love your first two names and obviously love the ones I’ve mentioned, I think keeping the trend is important since you already have two same sex brothers that fall into :)
