I got pregnant in May of last year at 12 weeks (beginning of August) I had a cesarean scar eptopic pregnancy. After surgery to have baby removed I was tested every week to make sure my hcg went back to 0. This took till the end of September. So for me it was about 9 weeks ish. Hope this helps.
