Itchy nipples

I’m not very far along with my first, just four weeks and a day. I really don’t have any symptoms other than the fact that my breasts are swollen, my nipples look darker and they are so so itchy! Anyone else experiencing this?!? I’m wondering if it’s just from them being so sensitive and rubbing against my bra all day. As far as symptoms go, I feel lucky so far and it’s totally worth it to have a sweet babe soon. Just thought I’d see if anyone else is dealing with this too. 😂
