Night time anxiety
Does anyone else get major nighttime anxiety? I’m not sure why, but the night sleep schedule completely stresses me out. I guess maybe my expectations are high after reading everyone else’s babies sleeping so well throughout the night, but my little nugget hasn’t been sleeping well, especially the last few nights. I used to get a good 2-4 hour stretch but lately she is about 30 min and wants to be held. She’s 9.5 weeks but was 3 weeks early (her second leap is in 4 days so maybe that’s why?)
We use the rock and play, a tight swaddle and white noise and we have been doing a nighttime routine of play, bath, calming music, swaddle, bottle, bed.
I’m afraid of starting bad sleep habits, but everyone says that doesn’t start until around 4 months?
Any other suggestions?
