TTC after miscarriage

HELP , so I had a miscarriage on Oct 12th and since then I’ve had two periods . And my doctor said that I had the green light to start trying again 2 1/2 weeks ago that my HCG was negative and since then I’ve been testing since Jan 1st and I’ve gotten positive lines but at first they were super faint but now there getting a little darker . Could I be pregnant or does it have something to do with the HCG. TIA
