Vitex berry

Has anyone taken vitex berry? I only started taking it at the beginning of this cycle and only one a day. Then I started reading about taking it while on clomid because I felt like clomid affected me differently this month than last and I then started to get worried because there are so many blog posts out there with very differing opinions! And I also read that It can cause miscarriages if stopped abruptly and you need to wean off of it. So I started to take it every other day to get myself off of it just to be on the safe side. I have pretty regular cycles.

I had a trigger shot today and having my second IUI tomorrow morning. My question is, should I continue to wean or just take it again tomorrow since it’s my “on” again day? I don’t want to mess anything up but part of me also thinks my body probably isn’t even used to it yet because I think it takes a few months to even do anything... thank you for listening
