Has anyone taken Dramamine for nausea, motion sickness, or vomiting??

Hello, I’m almost 11 weeks pregnant I have super bad stomach ache. Constantly nausea and if I’m moving to much I’ll end up vomiting. I read about Dramamine but I’m wondering if you guys had any side affects after taking it. I would appreciate any other suggestions too!! Thanks you!

Dramamine is basically a stronger version of Benadryl & a different form of caffeine to offset the drowsiness effect. Yes you can have 200mg of caffeine (some OBs say 400mg) and can take Benadryl while pregnant.

Prescription Diclectin was the only thing that helped me. I was in it till 32 weeks.

My OB said to take Dramamine or Bonine.

You can take benadryl, melatonin, vit b, ginger or unisom.... i usually just sucked on a mint or drank lemon water...except when i had hyperemesis,  when the dr had to prescribe me meds.

Consult your OB before taking anything questionable. My OB prescribed me a medication for morning sickness that I and still taking to this day. It’s called Bonjesta but is the same as Diclegis. It works wonders and is for pregnancy!
