Back pain?!

I'm almost 16 weeks and currently starting to have lower back pain :/ this is my first pregnancy. Is this normal?

Yes very normal. Backaches pelvic aches as you get bigger. But if they are unbearable call your doctor.

Make sure u sit straight always and when u sleep keep a pillow at the back to support ur spine and when u sit  or walk make sure u don't bend always keep ur spine straight!

Prenatal yoga is a lifesaver for backaches and hip pain. Try a class near you! It really helps me!

Have you been wearing heels?? I was in love with mine and had to stop wearing them at 17 or 18 weeks.... But I had the pain for over two weeks and still used them prior to stopping. I was sad.
