I tried it last summer and totally messed up my cycle.  From being regular i went months without a period.  Regret taking it and still not pregnant

That’s “meant” to be drunk when your 30+ weeks pregnant to help you prepare your body for labour it helps with all that stuff, so I’m not sure how it would help you conceive as it’s more to help you give both to the baby
