Do they open same scar for second pregnancy

I had baby in 2017 and now again expecting in 2019, after 14months gap.
Curious to know if they open the same scar or cut a new one, second time.
Silly but curious to know.

Just had my second and they used the same scar. The surgeon even removed the old scar tissue on the incision so it’ll heal up nicer.
