Magic Pill? 🤔

I have been TTC for over 2 years now and am lost as to what to do next. I feel like I have done everything I can naturally from losing weight, quit smoking, eating healthy, etc.

My husbands mom recommended asking about a pill she was prescribed when she was trying that helped clean out the uterus. She did not remember the name of the medication.

I was hoping that someone here may know what the medication or medications that she may be referring to.
