Another sleep regression???

Any other April babes going thru another sleep regression? Or is my daughter just a terrible sleeper now? 😭 (and no it’s not another tooth because she isn’t screaming and crying in pain).

We just went through the 8/9 month sleep regression. It has been a rough few weeks

We got this book at 7 months and immediately tried it. She’s been sleeping through the night since then and it’s amazinggggg!
