Ovulation and CM

Okay I have a question and maybe it's a dumb one but here it is;

My fertile window and ovulation was at least a week ago. However, my CM was dry all thru that time. Those two things go hand and hand right? My CM this week has started this week. Can those two things be that off, or is my fertile window/ovulation off from what my tracker is predicting?
