Helppppp

So my period is due today and no sign of her yet. Last night I had horrible pains in my lower left side. I was crying and I woke up with stuffy nose and sore throat. Today I’m not cramping as bad as I was last night so the cramping isn’t getting more intense. I took a test this morning and of course it was negative. I just need some support. :/
