Anyone RH-? Ever worry about it causing problems?

I am RH- and I was told my blood did not cause my recent miscarriage (no antibodies were formed). I got my Rhogam shot after D&C, but still kind of worry that something could go wrong in the future from being RH- 🙁

I am Rh- also and my husband is positive. I had some bleeding early on with my daughter and had the shot... but after a chemical and my miscarriage at 11 weeks I can’t help but worry too. 😔 I’ve asked my dr about it, several times, and he said that wasn’t the cause. I asked for a blood test to confirm and they said it wasn’t that. Sooo I just try not to think about it as much as possible... but I still worry.

Do you know if your spouse is positive or negative? As long as you get the shots you should be fine. Unfortunately I did not get one with my last miscarriage and I’m waiting on blood tests results to see if I am Rh sensitized and exactly how that will impact future pregnancies.

I was 8 weeks, miscarried naturally when I found out I'm rh-. My fiance is O+. Got the rhogam injection as well. I'm still doing a lot of searching about it, theres a lot of mixed articles. I plan on asking my doctor for more info at my next appt

As long as you get a shot EVERY pregnant (full term or not) you should be fine ... they gave me a card to keep just in case I get into an accident
