help? period came back after sex

i ended my cycle two days ago, my bf and i had pretty rough sex last night and i went to the bathroom and saw blood and now it appears my period is back? im on BC and we used a condom. what is this?

Same thing has happened to me it comes back then goes away. Nothing to worry about.
