Teething

Is anyone’s baby teething already....if so what were their first signs/symptoms? My daughter has been super fussy lately, just will just be sitting there and then start crying/screaming out of no where....when she isn’t hungry, tired or need a diaper change. This cry seems more like a hurt or uncomfortable cry. She’s been drooling a lot and sucking on her hands. She has also been having a lot of trouble eating, which she doesn’t normally. Could she be teething already? I called her doctor but waiting to here back. First time mom here so don’t really know what’s going on.
