Frustrated..

My period is 6 days late today according to two separate apps. So far I have had zero signs of anything except a loss of appetite, and slight queezyness..but I took a test this morning with fmu and it was negative! 😣 now I'm just annoyed.. Ugh. Anyone experience this? Or have an idea what could be going on?
