Dose anyone know what it cost out of pocket for male ferility testing?

In my area it is 250 out of pocket

My insurance didn't cover the male testing at all. It was about $600 out of pocket.

We have united health care, my husband had his sperm tested at doctors office and just paid co-pay $20 .later for sperm wash for iui they billed us $46.00 and no co-pay. Hope this helps
