I am 6 weeks pg today based on my LMP. My fiancé and I took three home tests about a week ago, all which came out with positive. I contacted my PCP to do a confirmation pregnancy blood test and she pretty much blew it off and had me call the OBGYN office to schedule my first prenatal appointment which she said "will run whatever tests they need". I have never done this with either of my other children I have always gotten a confirmation blood test done before being referred to the OBGYN. I don't really have very many pregnancy symptoms except being tired and dizzy. I have had a MC in the past and I'm just nervous/scared. Has anyone else not been given a blood test before getting referred to the OBGYN ?
