First time charting BBT

I'm a little clueless, so any help would be appreciated! I tested Tuesday at approx 10 DPO, but got a BFN. I've been feeling cramps and some back pain, and AF isnt due until Saturday.

Does this look like I ovulated at all? The big spike on CD 17 was the day that I felt the absolute worst from a cold I caught over Christmas. But it was my predicted ovulation day and I had EWCM, so we did it for science lol.
