okay so i started my period today and it was horrible it was EXTREMELY heavy i was bleeding through a pad every 2 hours and my cramps were worse than ever they didn’t even feel like normal cramps i went to the restroom and a blood clot about the size of 3 fingers came out? could this be a muscular what?
