Pain above belly button
Has anyone else experiencing a pain on left side diagonally above belly button? It's not constant but happens a lot throughout the day. Feels bruised. Hurts to touch and just achy feeling. This is my first pregnancy and with twins so I don't know if it's just growing pains or a baby is pushing that spot... Or I pulled a muscle. Any thoughts???
