What to put in diaper bag?

I'm a first time mom obviously, and I'm just wondering what all to put in my sons diaper bag? Besides diapers and wipes what else should I have in it? (I'm strictly breastfeeding also so no formula needed).

 A spare of clothes.. Onesie.. Socks ect 
Medicine
Toys
Ointment
Cover up/blankie

And that's all really.. The basic.

Nipple cream, going home outfit, depending on what your hospital provides I'd bring a couple of sleepers all mine gives are long sleeved shirts and it tends to be cold in the hospital. If your a modest person a breast feeding cover, I usually bring a heavier blanket then a receiving blanket
