Velociraptor stage? 🤷🏻‍♀️

Anyone else’s LO going through a weird sound phase? It alternates between a dying fire alarm and a velociraptor and she does it when she’s super excited or frustrated or just playing so I can never tell wth is going on. 🤣
I can’t help but laugh every time. It’s the most bizarre sound.
Her other favorite thing to do is vocal fry.
She likes that one so much I can’t get her to babble or coo anymore, she just wants to fry it out at one octave. 😂🤦🏻‍♀️

Definitely experiencing that stage with my son! 😂 Random shrieking, smacking his lips, blowing raspberries, just straight yelling...it's so funny! He also does these really long drawn out dramatic sighs like "This is the most boring thing ever. I am not entertained." 🙄🤣

OMG YES! Thought it was just us. The past few days my LO has been screaming as loud as she can and she thinks it’s hilarious! Definitely sounds like a dinosaur.

My son started growling. So weird. Idk if it’s from the dogs growling or just another sound he figured out. He does it in the car and it’s hilarious.

Mine has started coughing to get our attention 😅😅 I think she has realized we pay attention quicker if she sounds like she's in distress lol

We've had that but lately she's discovered a new fun noise to terrify her dad and I, she inhailes his she's gasping and screeching like she can't breath and then goes back to normal , I've even heard her giggle after it. Scared us so much the first day we called the after hours pediatrician

Yes!!! She also is constantly growling 😂 it doesn’t help that her dad encourages it and she thinks it’s so funny and copies him haha
