BBT Charting
I am very new at charting my BBT. I started two days ago and wake up at 6 am to do it. Yesterday and today I have had a temperature of 97.05. I am almost done with my period as well. When I looked up information I read your BBT should be around 97.2 -97.7 and when your period ends it will increase .5-1 degree. Why is it both days my temperature was the same?
