I’m surprised that your after-breakfast number was so much lower than your fasting number. 
I’ve heard that in pregnancy, blood sugar isn’t considered *too* low until it gets down to 60 or less, but even eating a completely carb-free breakfast (eggs and bacon) takes me up a couple of points (87 to 91 this morning).
