I’m currently 5 weeks

But I did a blood test the other day at 4 weeks 6 days and the Hcg level was 123

A triage nurse called me to do another test considering it’s low, I have light pink spotting

Started yesterday with cramps

Have any of you ladies ever had low hcg levels in the beginning of your pregnancies and have everything turn out normal

I’m so lost for words and worried right now going to the Er today to see since my levels are so low and ultrasound can’t be seen at my doctors office :/
