Help! Weird feeling.

Good evening ladies...

Several times today in my upper left abdomen I get this bubbly, pulsing kind of feeling that lasts maybe a minute or so each time right under my rib cage. It feels really weird, and I haven't felt this before. 10w0 days....weird gas bubbles or?
