EC twice in >1 month... pregnancy?

Okay so here’s my situation

-my week of allowing a period ended dec 9 and started up my pill again that night as usual

-has sex dec 12, pulled out in time

-got anxious and took plan b right before the 72 hour period (probably like 62nd hour)

-continued taking pill as best I could

on Jan 1, got spotting for when i expected my period 2 days into my period week as usual. But only one day, rest was really weird discharge.

-Jan 5th first day of back on pill, have sex and condom breaks, take plan b immediately

What are the chances that I am pregnant? Am I just stressing out? I’m 5 weeks away from my first instance of plan b and I’m getting cranky and don’t know whether it’s just this past week’s pill or a baby.
