Eating CONSTANTLY

I am at a lose here. My son is 5 weeks old every night around 5pm until around 10pm he wants to eat CONSTANTLY. He usually eats 5oz every 3-4 hours during the day. But once 5ish hits he wants to eat every 30 min to every hour. He refuses to be put down and only wants to be held and fed. It’s not 9:30 where I live and he’s been like this since around 4:30. I don’t know if this is normal or not but I’m am just exhausted from it. He will usually go to sleep around 10pm, wake up around 1 or 2 and eat 5 oz and sleep until 7 or 8. During the day he will eat, be awake a few minutes, and then take a nap until he eats again. I of course am going to mention it at his next dr visit but until then idk if there is anything different I should be doing or if I should be feeding him every single time he acts like he wants to eat. He’s probably had close to 20oz since 4:30!
