Is one cheat day a week okay?
I’m clean bulking right now (plant based) but I like the idea of having vegan junk food once a week 😢. I eat six meals a day for a total of on average 2000kcal not including protein shakes. I usually have cheat meals on my day off from the gym. Is this too often? Should I do bi weekly or once a month? Idk :(
