I got diagnosed with PCOS in September after 90 days without a period (diagnosed by my obgyn). We’ve been trying letrozole with no success. :( the last week or so I’ve had super sore boobs. Which isn’t a normal “period symptom” for me. I was holding out hope that maybe it was a early pregnancy sign but today i started feeling crampy like my period is coming. I’m on cycle day 28 and i know the ONLY way to find out for sure is to test but has anyone else ever had period cramps but ended up pregnant anyway? It’s so disappointing to feel like a period is coming when you don’t want it to, at all. :(
