Self soothing techniques
Wanting some advice on things you use ! Paislee is 7 months old, she is usually very good at falling asleep herself in her own room, dark, in her own bed, but the older she's getting, the longer she's wanting to stay up and laugh and play and move to keep herself awake. I dont want opinions on crying it out, im NOT doing that. There are plenty other ways and im more than willing to do anything to help her sleep peacefully.
