Because everywhere you look is another pregnant woman or baby 😭 I am so happy for the ones I love. It’s just so hard.

I lost my boy at 23.5 weeks last June and haven’t been on social media for that very reason. It has been the most liberating thing I could possibly do for myself.

I found out I had a missed miscarriage on Monday. I knew in my heart something wasn’t right the last 3 weeks or so. So I’m at peace with my loss. But the feeling that remains is bitterness. Bitter at the people who seemed to get pregnant and have healthy babies their first go around or as an oops. Bitter at my next door neighbor who conceived 3 weeks after me and is barfing her guts out because her pregnancy is going smoothly. Just bitter.

I hate all social media lol I don’t have anything at all anymore i just find it awful now. 
But not coz of announcements otherwise I wouldn’t be able to come on here lol

i had my miscarriage back in april. was due dec 3rd. i was doing what i thought was okay. 
- nov 27th - best friend is pregnant
- dec 2nd - work friend pregnant
- dec 3rd - old friend is pregnant
- dec 10th - work friend gave birth
- jan 9th - sister in law is having twins
- jan 9th - partners sister is pregnant 
i feel like im in the most downward spiral of unhappiness and cant get out!
