I am 9 DPO. I have been constipated the past two days, which is rare for me. I have also had a discomfort/pulling behind my belly button. I also have a large amount of creamy cm, but I had that years ago when I was on birth control (not so much in the past year). Has anyone noticed this before as early signs of pregnancy or could the belly button discomfort be from the constipation?

I am an egg donor who has been trying to conceive for 9 months now. I am scared I think everything is a pregnancy symptom.
