Best family beaches in Florida?

I need suggestions.. we are planning a family vacation for my daughters spring break at the end of April. She is 9 years old and we want something family-friendly.

Clearwater is nice, best on the West coast of Florida.  But it's always VERY crowded and impossible to find a public spot so youd have to use a hotel's beachfront which costs. 
On the Eastside, St. Augustine is great for families they have a splash park and the beaches are nice and clean. It's not too busy and very chill.
 Daytona also has some nice spots that arent very crowded but the town is lame overall

When I visited Florida we drove the 1.5hrs to clear water beach, white sands and clean sea, one of the nicest beaches I’ve been too
