So I think I’ve found what makes my nausea subside in the morning and maybe it might help y’all as well!

Popsicles, Smoothies or sipping Apple Juice!!

Anything cold really helps me and popsicles and smoothies don’t put too much strain on the digestive system especially if water isn’t your favorite thing in the world right now!

Apple juice is great because it gives you the fiber you need and it slows down the digestive system. Only need about 1 cup don’t overdo it because too much fiber can make increase the nausea sensation.
