I do purées at breakfast and dinner, sometimes lunch.

It depends on my babies mood whether we do 2 or 3. She definitely gets breakfast and lunch. If she’s not too tired, she’ll get dinner. Breakfast: scrambled eggs, a fruit, buttered bread, sometimes I’ll make breakfast muffins. Lunch: peanut butter bread, pb&j, yogurt, fruit or vegetable. Dinner is whatever we are having that night.

I give him purées in the morning and at dinner and some snacks through the day. Usually a bite or two of whatever I’m eating because he’s so curious lol
