19 month old sleep patterns are changing, for the worse
Help! My 19 month old has always been an amazing sleeper. No issues. All of a sudden this past week she is fighting naps and fighting bed time. It would take me 10 mins to put her down for bedtime, but now it’s 90 minutes. Right at this minute she is in her crib screaming and not napping. What is going on?!
